The hotel appeared to be brand-new and I liked staff and rooms. The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the separate bedroom.

Hotel was modern and tidy with the staff that was absolutely kind. Huge suite and perfect bed. The beach was good. Great pool too.

The room was light and the location was best possible in the fairly nice area. Our room had a cozy bed and an excellent view. The pool bar was nice and the drinks were complementary. Besides, it had very good internet, handy to surf the net. The best public beach we've seen before now. Also, it was 1 mile from an art museum.

Staff is immensely pleasant, breakfast great, location is awesome adjacent to the hospital and the Cleveland Clinic.

Good food, lovely friendly staff, great beds. Thai style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Secure location to an all-seasons living museum.

We liked nice staff and service. Roadside hotel in a historic area of Cleveland. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was exceptional. Spacious bedroom and luxurious bathroom. We used the shuttle offered by the venue too. Plus their wifi was fast.

It was enjoyable time in Cleveland. Hotel was beautifully presented, had terrific staff and service. I got free upgrade and loved it. All in all everything was fine, yet I had very small bathroom. Beautiful lobby.
Its breakfast could be included.

Rooms were good sized. If you want to visit christmas story house, you should stay here. The hotel was not far from Amtrak - Cleveland train station.
